Complaints Procedure
The Board of the Action 4 Cotmanhay group are committed to working in partnership to improve the quality of life of Cotmanhay residents.
If you are unhappy with any of our actions, decisions or staff members please let us know so that we may take remedial action. Our aim is to resolve the complaint wherever possible, so please contact us if a problem arises.
